Food Production (Cookery) is a study program that delves into the world of processing food ingredients into ready-to-eat products. In this program, you will gain knowledge about the techniques for presenting food while considering several factors such as aesthetics or beauty, the quality of the taste of the dishes, and its nutritional value. When studying in the Culinary Arts Department, students will learn the art of preparing food starting from preparation, processing stages, to presentation methods.
It's part of food and beverage department which maintain and rensponsible to make or process food to the customers start from appetizer-dessert and also keep the cleanlines of the kitchen area.
